    Test-driven command-line application which correctly finds CpG islands but doesn't necessarily output them in a nice format.

2012-11-05
    Basic graphical user interface with the ability to load files and run the analysis tool. The output will be the same as the command-line interface, but will be inside a text area in the graphical interface.
    Start writing research paper.

2012-11-19
    Halfway done with research paper.
    Enhancements to the graphical user interface.
    Start speed optimization and Hidden Markov Models if time.
